* Time -You have 14 days from delivery confirmation to contact store to set up return or exchange
* Method of refund - Returns are only for a store credit
* Product condition - Items must be new and unopened in order to be returned
* Refund contact info -to initiate return you will message the store or email store email
* Charges - Customer will be responsible for return shipping
There will be tracking attached to all packages within the US.
If package shows delivered but you have not received it, your local post office needs to be contacted. Once shipped with tracking, USPS is responsible.
If your package is damaged beyond use please send pictures and contact me as soon as possible after receiving.
